Ken began his involvement in motorsports and developed a passion for driving at a very young age.  He started in go karts at 7 years old, eventually moving to auto crossing and road racing with a little oval track experience through the years.   For many years Ken served as the technical director and President of the world famous Bob Bondurant School of High Performance Driving where he was intimately involved in the driver safety initiatives of the organization, including growing the teen driver programs, speaking at various teen driver events and involving schools and business driver safety efforts.

Originally from California, Ken majored in business administration/business law at Antelope Valley College and attended Universal Technical Institute graduating with a 4.0 GPA.  He now lives in Chandler, Arizona, with his wife of 24 years, Cindi, and their two children, Courtney and Spencer.  At every opportunity you can find him enjoying a variety of adventure travel with his family, from racing, coaching and off-roading to skiing.

 

Douglas Smith
VP, Data Center Transformation McKesson

Doug Smith is an executive with 20 years experience leading transformation in Information Technology.  He currently serves as Vice President of IT Transformation at McKesson Corporation where he is responsible for reducing the cost and complexity of McKesson’s multi-billion dollar IT landscape as well as the incubation of emerging technologies.  Prior to this role, Doug served in various senior leadership positions across several of McKesson’s business units.  Prior to joining McKesson in 2005, Doug spent nearly a decade consulting for and working with hospitals and health systems to leverage emerging technologies in support of better health.  Doug holds a Masters Degree of Business Administration with a concentration in Health Administration from Duke University and a Bachelors of Arts from the University of Alabama.  He is also an experienced commercial pilot with over 1500 hours of flight time.
